Not what I expected
We truly value every customer’s feedback and always try to deliver our best. However, in this particular case, we feel it’s important to clarify the facts for transparency.
This customer opened a PayPal case before the order was even dispatched. Once the sunglasses were delivered — exactly as shown in the product images — we still offered a return option under our internal policy, asking only that the product be shipped back to our warehouse. We even shared the complete return address and instructions.
Unfortunately, the customer never returned the product, yet received a full refund through PayPal. As a small business, we always aim to maintain fairness and honesty, but situations like this are truly disheartening.
