Shipping within the USA usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. For international orders, delivery may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and charges may vary by country. Any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your order status at any time using that information.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If you’d like a different size or product, you can return the original item and place a new order. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any price difference for exchanged items.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

How do I cancel or change my order?
